• If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
• You have up to 30 days from the day your order was delivered to make a return for a refund. After 30 days all sales are final.
• Before returning the item, you must contact KURTUSA.com via email or phone in order to receive and RMA number.
• The return Item must be in new condition.
• The return Item must be clean and not altered in anyway.
• Custom made and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Please note shipping charges are non-refundable; shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged during shipping or sent in error.
• Returns are processed within 5-10 business days. Your refund will be credited back to you at that time.
